Ginny is a mission-driven leader with a passion for education. She has spent her entire career focused on how innovation can create a lasting effect on human outcomes, and has had the opportunity to work in an area of education that has an outsized effect on a child’s learning trajectory — early learning. Ginny has the experience and determination to help solve interesting strategic problems in education, and is ready to take on her new role as CEO of Definable Solutions.

Doug was the founder of Eidex, a data analytic firm that was recently acquired by Munetrix. He has also served on his local school board for 18 years and has a passion for education and helping districts better serve their students through the use of timely, accurate and visualized data. In his new role with Munetrix, Doug is working to develop strategic relationships with state associations and thought leaders to build the Munetrix brand across the United States.

Kari is a customer experience executive with over 15 years of leadership experience across customer success and product strategy within SaaS and EdTech. She has led global initiatives for digital learning platforms serving K-12 and higher education, with a focus on driving adoption and long-term value. At Definable Solutions, Kari leads the Customer Experience organization, strengthening operations and district partnerships to ensure customers see real value from their data. Kari lives in Minnesota and spends her free time at the hockey rink or volunteering in youth athletics.

Jason is a proven leader that repeatedly has built Sales and Marketing Teams to reach aggressive goals. A Sales and Marketing veteran, he has spent the last decade in K-12 SaaS with multiple successful private equity exits for his companies. He has built high performing Sales and Marketing Teams across the United States and used his skills that require the ability to articulate value, inspire and sell software products. Jason loves mentoring and motivating the team as well as the competitiveness of the sale's world. Jason has the expertise in the industry that will be coupled with his passion to build culture to lead Definable Solutions in Marketing and Sales.

Darren is a seasoned engineering leader with a strong background in computer science and a passion for educational technology. With over a decade of experience building scalable software platforms and leading high-performing technical teams, he has helped develop secure, user-friendly solutions that improve access to digital learning. At Definable Solutions, Darren brings a focus on innovation, reliability, and performance to drive meaningful outcomes in education through technology.

Dan is an operations leader dedicated to turning complexity into simple, scalable solutions. At Definable, he focuses on refining internal processes and building the data visibility teams need to work smarter. With a background in Global Supply Chain and SaaS implementation, Dan specializes in creating the strong operational foundations and reporting structures that allow organizations to thrive. He maintains a solutions-focused approach to turn operational challenges into opportunities for growth.
